Last Friday Justin took the day off for a little Apple Hill trip. I LOVE Apple Hill. Mostly I think because they have all this awesome stuff to eat. Last year Violet was pretty new so couldn't enjoy it. This year she was all about not sitting in her stroller (shocker) and running around. We took a short trip to the El Dorado Farms for her first train ride. It was tough because as you know, V doesn't sit still for anyone or anything. We had to hold her down the whole time.
Next we went to High Hill which is our favorite. We had some lunch, checked out all the fun crafts, and played on the pumpkins. That was Violet's favorite part. She loves to climb. I grabbed two caramel apples to go (both for me) and we hit up the Fudge Farm for some chocolatey goodness. V was pretty wore out and tired by this time so we decided to call it a day. We stopped at Boa Vista Farms and Justin ran in to get a big box of apples, a frozen apple pie and some honey.
Awesome day, awesome food, with my wonderful little family. Doesn't get much better than that!

Did I mention how great it is to be pregnant during this time of year? Ok, thats not true, its never great to be pregnant but if your going to be, Thanksgiving and Christmas time is the best time. Duh, all that great food.
